Annual General Meeting 2024 ↗

The 2024 Annual General Meeting was held on April 20 at the Clarion Collection Hotel Odin in Gothenburg. The meeting started at 12.00 with registration and continued during the afternoon with a break for a shared coffee. The annual meeting ended with Holiday Club’s new CEO Miguel Muñoz presenting digitally and answering questions and talking about upcoming plans for the facilities. The day ended with a joint dinner and pleasant company in the hotel’s restaurant.

Owners’ meeting at GC ↗

Before owner meetings on Gran Canaria, it is important that you send in both motions and powers of attorney.
Owner meetings 2024 will be held as early as November 8 after rescheduling by HCC’s new board. Our chairman, Gösta, will attend and represent us members at the meetings.

Motions, which contain things that you want us to raise with the HCC board, can be sent to us via email, opcanordic@gmail.com. You can also use the “Contact us” form here on the website.

In order for Gösta to be able to represent you, you must send in your powers of attorney. You can find the power of attorney form here at this link. You choose whether you want to send it digitally or by post

New in the apartmentexchange ↗

In order to keep the apartment exchange as current as possible, we have now changed so that the advertisements are only valid up to and including the year and week in which the advertisement applies. If you want to continue advertising, it is fine to submit a new request via the forms on the website.
In this way, we hope that everyone who wants to use the apartment exchange will be met with a true and up-to-date advertisement.

We have also started adding sketches of the facilities so that you can locate the advertised apartments. We will expand with more facilities later.

Membership fee 2025 ↗

The membership fee for 2025 is paid no later than
31-01-2025.
The membership fee is SEK 600/family and covers 12 months up to 2026-01-31 and paid into the following account.
